Bearing in mind the obligations arising from the legal regulations on personal data protection, we kindly inform you that your data received by us through the contact form on the website and through e-mail correspondence - both solicited and unsolicited - are processed in order to provide answers or to send shipments to persons who have given their consent, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

The recipients of your data may only be the employees and collaborators of the PDC, organisations authorised to obtain data on the basis of the applicable legislation, which ensure an acceptable level of risk in processing and meet the standards set out in Articles 28 and 32 of the GDPR.

The PDC guarantees the commitment of adequate physical, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, loss, modification, theft, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized use or access, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The PDC has implemented and complies with procedures for dealing with incidents of personal data breaches, including the need to notify such breaches to the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours of being informed of such a breach.
